The villa is located in an enviable position within Highlands Reserve, one of the most prestigious holiday and residential golfing communities in the Orlando area, and has a large, luxurious private pool with extended sun-deck area, which provides an idyllic retreat from the theme parks which are located only minutes away. The all-important South-facing pool benefits from day-long sunshine, and unlike many Florida villas, the property is not overlooked - ensuring that your privacy and tranquility are never compromised.

There is also an on-site 18 hole championship golf course, and complimentary use of on-site tennis courts, and an additional large communal swimming pool. Special requests such as discount tickets to theme parks, can also be arranged, and we will ensure they are waiting for you at the villa when you arrive.

With over 2400 sq. ft. of living space, the villa provides ample room for all guests and is equipped with everything that is required to have the holiday of a lifetime. We aim to offer the very best service to our guests, and endeavour to provide as much as possible to ensure that guests have everything at their fingertips.

The villa has four fully furnished and well proportioned bedrooms, and can comfortably sleep from 2-10 guests. There are two luxuriously appointed master suites, each with a private full sized bathroom, and two additional twin bedded rooms, making the villa ideal for families to share if required. All bedrooms have large, walk-in wardrobes, and benefit from cable TV. The first master suite boasts a large marble whirlpool Jacuzzi, and provides direct access to the pool area. All bedrooms have high quality bed-linens, with minimum 3/400 thread-count cotton bedding for your comfort.

The first of two living rooms is comfortably furnished, and provides open plan access to all areas of the villa, and direct access to the pool and deck area via patio doors. The smaller family room houses a complimentary desktop PC with high speed braodband access, and extensive collection of books for guest use. This room also contains a queen-sized sofa bed if required.

There are three dining areas within the villa, ensuring that there will always be sufficient room for even the largest party of guests: the formal dining room, the breakfast nook area, or outside under the covered lanai, which is ideal for al fresco dining.

There is a large, fully equipped fitted kitchen, and a separate utility room which leads to a large, fully equipped games room, containing a pool table, a 7’ air hockey table, table football with electronic scoring, a music system, and selection of board games & cards.

This championship Mike Dasher design gives you pine tree-lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses, and a bit of old Florida with citrus trees along the countryside. Large, fast, undulating greens make this course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers. Highlands Reserve Golf Club was nominated by Golf For Women Magazine as one of their 50 top courses for 2002. Bay Hill Club & Lodge
The 18-hole "Championship" course at the Bay Hill Club & Lodge facility in Orlando, Florida features 7,205 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 75.1 and it has a slope rating of 139 on Bermuda grass. Designed by Dick Wilson/Arnold Palmer, the Championship golf course opened in 1963.  The 9-hole "Charger" course at the Bay Hill Club & Lodge facility in Orlando, Florida features 3,409 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 36.
