THE VILLA

This beautiful villa offers an array of facilities and can accommodate 8-10 people in comfort.  4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The villa enjoys all modern conveniences and is furnished to the highest standard.
The kitchen is fully equipped and consists of: electric cooker :large fridge/freezer (with icemaker) :microwave :dishwasher and waste disposal

The villa is a fantastic base for you to take advantage of the surrounding attractions before returning to the villa and relaxing around the pool or enjoying the resort facilities.

The pool (26 x 12) is surrounded by a large extended deck area There is an external porch adjacent to the pool bath

Resort Facilities :
The winding, palm-lined road that leads you to Emerald Island Resort is stunning as you approach the dolphin fountain and picturesque rotunda. This gated community is surrounded by a Conservation Area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 wooded acres right in the middle of the community.

The Emerald Island Clubhouse is a vibrant centre of activity for the community. You, your family and guests may enjoy a friendly game of volleyball or a relaxing afternoon at the communal pool/spa. There is also a children's play area adjacent to the Clubhouse. Nearby there is a trail for walking, jogging or biking that winds through the community's natural woodland setting. There are two tennis courts (with floodlights) with an adjacent BBQ area and seating.

The Clubhouse has something for everyone including a Gymnasium, spa pool, sauna/steam room; an Internet café and a games room for the kids. There is also a poolside Tiki bar.

The Emerald Island Clubhouse can assist you with dinner reservations, tourist information and transportation.

There are many golf clubs in the surrounding area for those of you who enjoy this activity.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

A shuttle service is available from the club house to take guests to and from the theme parks and attractions of central Florida (ask at the club house for times and details).

Location
Our villa is only 2 miles from Walt Disney World off HWY 192, and a short drive to shopping and a good variety of restaurants, you are in a prime location that gives you peaceful surroundings but easy access to all the main tourist attractions.

Central Florida has it all - in addition to the Disney Resorts, within an hour East of central Florida are Cape Canaveral, Daytona Beach Motor Speedway, the dramatic Atlantic beaches. An hour and a half to the West are the beautiful shores of the Gulf Coast.

Eagle Pines
Eagle Pines features dish-shaped fairways that create a low, sweeping look and keep play at the same level as the surrounding trees. Pete Dye's signature undulating greens, which are well guarded by strategically placed hazards -- in fact, 16 holes boast water.

Osprey Ridge
Golf Digest' has recognized Osprey Ridge as one of the best courses in Florida by to play. Contrasting it's sister course, Eagle Pines, when you play this Tom Fazio designed course you will explore dramatic fairways that cut through forests of pine, palmetto, and cypress trees that will challenge even a seasoned golfer.

Lake Buena Vista
Styled after a traditional country club, Lake Buena Vista was built on the border of the Disney Institute and will share some of it’s fairways with the Institutes housing. The well-protected bunkered greens call for accurate shot making. This course is one of a select few that have hosted a PGA Tour event, an LPGA Tour event and a USGA event.

Palm Course
One of the two original Walt Disney World courses, the Palm has palm tree-lined fairways, plus elevated greens and tees. It also features more than its share of water and sand. This Course is considered by many pros to be the most difficult of the tournament courses.The 18th hole has been rated the fourth-toughest hole on the PGA Tour.

Magnolia Course
Designed for "big hitters" Magnolia is the longest of Disney’s courses with wide fairways giving you the opportunity to tee it up and have at it. Thecourses name is derived from the 1,500 magnolia trees scattered throughout it’s 18 holes.
