Florida is beautiful - Belver Villa is elegant, stylish and wonderfully located. The whole area is exciting and vibrant with many attractions and features only a short car ride away and the choice of swimming in the Atlantic Ocean to the east or The Gulf of Mexico to the west either choice only about an hour away by car.

We say wonderfully located because whilst everything you could ever want on a Florida holiday is easy to get to, the Belver Villa, your luxurious home for your Florida holiday, nestles quietly in an exclusive development set amongst conservation woodlands and orange groves with its own luxury swimming pool and spa.

Our beautiful villa has 2 Master bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large spacious lounge, a dining area, a laundry room (as you would expect), a private heated swimming pool and spa (that has underwater lights at night), a games area (consisting of a full size (8ft) pool table and a foosball (54”x30”) game table) and of course an American Kitchen with all the usual appliances including a dishwasher and the absolutely essential ice machine. All local telephone calls are free and high speed internet access is available (just bring your laptop). As you would expect the property is fully air conditioned throughout with additional ceiling fans in the lounge, pool and master bedroom. The villa is equipped with individual “kiddy” alarms on all doors leading to the pool area and the pool itself can also be surrounded by a child safety fence for your family’s convenience.

The Villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 guests, including infants (cots are available free of charge on request).

Whilst the owners of Belver Villa are British and are based in the UK it is very important to note that they have a locally based management company (Paradise Vacation) on hand to answer and deal with any queries or issues as they arise.

Accommodation

This elegant and stylish villa, constructed in 2004 in the superb and exclusive Calabay Parc community, has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms its own private pool and spa and can accommodate up to 10 guests, including infants (cots available on request).  The villa is fully air conditioned and heated for your comfort.

A screened pool deck with heated pool and spa (pool heat is optional at an additional cost) Pool deck furniture comprises of 2 tables, 8 chairs and 4 sun loungers. There is a removable child safety fence and one of the bathrooms can be accessed directly from the pool deck.

Kitchen / dining room. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and four-ring hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, a waste disposal unit, and fridge freezer including the essential ice dispenser. There is also an adjacent dining area with seating for eight.

Utility room with a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.  Games area with a full size (8ft) pool table and a foosball (54”x30”) game table.

Golf :-

Florida is famous for its golf and there are over 100 courses within a 30 minute drive of Calabay Parc. The championship course at Ridgewood Lakes Golf and Country Club is just a few miles South and only 5 minutes drive away is Champions Gate, which has two championship courses designed by Greg Norman and is also the home of the David Leadbetter golf academy. These are just two of the many exciting and challenging courses in the area.  

Ridgewood Lakes Golf and Country Club
The Ridgewood Lakes course opened in 1994 with both nines featuring strategically placed hazards and fairways framed by sparkling white sand bunkers. Par-4 and par-5 holes have generous tee shot landing areas, all of which are plainly visible form the tee. Ridgewood is not one of those courses with “gimmicks” or hidden trouble; just a great layout made for an enjoyable golfing experience.

The National Course at Champions Gate is a classic layout of America's finest destinations.  A pleasure to play, the ChampionsGate National Course is a cut above the rest with its majestic greens and long ranges.
The International Course offers a golf experience unlike any other in the Orlando area, but one that will be familiar to those who have played the links courses of Scotland and Ireland.
