Villa Vita Nova
Villa Vita Nova is a lovely villa in a secluded residential cul-de-sac. It is situated in the heart of Benalmadena Costa, just minutes walk from the sandy beaches and the bustling yacht marina.
All the amenities are just minutes walk away - shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, and tourist attractions.
The rooms in the villa are large, bright and spacious. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The villa will sleep 9. The main bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. There are three other twin bedrooms, one with its own terrace. There is a jacuzzi in the main bathroom. The lounge is 24’ x 15’ and opens on to a semi-circular terrace. There is a sofa bed in the lounge. Satellite TV is provided and you will also find a DVD player and HiFi. There is a portable air conditioning unit for use the summer period.
The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, etc..
Outside there are various patio areas that are either sunny or shady depending on which you prefer. There is a roof top terrace for the real sun-worshippers! The BBQ area is beside the pool, so you can cool off while someone cooks up a BBQ! Or maybe you can challenge someone to a game of pool at the pool table or even an energetic game of table tennis – loser has to cook!
The pool is solar heated.

Golf
Golf Torrequebrada 18-hole golf course
One of the toughest on the Costa del Sol, known locally as "the Beast". Torrequebrada dares you to 'take it on'. Many water hazards, large bunkers and unique greens make it a hard track, oh yes, then there's the wind! The are 8 dog legs which makes this golf course a very technical challenge. The 18 holes of Golf Torrequebrada are situated between the mediterranean sea and the mountains. It is rich in tropical vegatation and birds. The large number of lakes and strategic placed bunkers, every hole is a different experience for the player.
La Cala Golf Cllub
La Cala golf club features three breathtaking 18 hole courses in a spectacular setting. La Cala North (Par 73) is a very hilly and spectacular golf course often with great height differences between tee and green which has been designed to use the natural features of the terrain to challenging effect. La Cala South (Par 72) golf course is slightly flatter and easier than the North course but still challenging for all levels of golfer. On this tighter, slightly shorter golf course, accuracy is rewarded rather than the long drive. The brand new Campo Europa Course (Par 71) will offer similar challenges to the other La Cala golf courses but has advantages for the average golfer. The fairways are more generous from the tees and the greens are slightly larger than on the other two golf courses. The scenery is no less dramatic with the river Ojen playing a part in eight holes and cutting accross three fairways.
Alhaurin Golf Course
Visiting golfers will find themselves spoilt for choice, for there are 45 holes in all, 27 which were designed by Seve Ballesteros. There is an 18 hole full length course, a nine-hole short course and also the only 18-hole par three course in Andalucia.
Mijas Golf Course
Los Olives - Designed by Robert Trent Senior, the main feature which distinguishes this course from The Lakes is the abundance of trees – hence the name – and its smaller size, as well as fewer water hazards. Los Olivos is strategic narrow tree lined fairways and elevated greens.
Los Lagos - With its 6,367 metres, this course is the longer of the two which comprise of Mijas Golf. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Senior, Los Lagos is a ground course with wide fairways and a few forest trees obstacles, but is defended by many bunkers and nine lakes, from which the course gets its name and which easily trap the ball. It is a course with soft movement and large greens.
