The penthouse has two twin bedrooms, air conditioning, underground parking for 2 cars and large roof terrace with sun loungers and a patio table & chairs. You will find french doors in both bedrooms leading onto the rear balcony with fantastic views of the mountain.

The lounge has a LCD TV, DVD player Xbox.

The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, fridge freezer & microwave oven. You will also find an ironing board and iron to make your stay even more comfortable.

Structured around a large, 18 hole golf course designed by Nicklaus Design, the 1.4 km2 La Torre Golf Resort features apartments, villas, semi-detached houses and luxury penthouse apartments, distributed over a closed perimeter. The La Torre Golf Resort course offers 18 holes, par 68 and four sets of tees. Provisional distances (metres): (black) 5,350; (blue) 4,934; (white) 4,422; (red) 3,822.

La Finca Golf Course  30 minutes- Par 72, 6774 yards.
Designed by Pepe Ganceda, La Finca golf course is situated at the foot of Mount Escotera, in the municipality of Algorfa, right in the heart of the Segura region. Designed to host top tournaments, La Finca golf course has the greatest variety of greens of any course on the Costa Blanca. Las Ramblas Golf Course 15 minutes - Par 72, 6347 yards.
Also designed by Pepe Gancedo, Las Ramblas is located between two ravines and the course requires the player to use great precision when hitting the ball. Both fairways and greens are narrow and demanding. This 18-hole course is on mountainous ground which makes the course very interesting for players who like to take a few risks.

Campoamor Golf Course 15 minutes - Par 71, 6413 yards.
A very pretty site for a pleasant day's golfing in relatively open countryside, surrounded by orange groves and palm trees. The course is not too hilly, and the length will appeal to big-hitters who can try and reach two very short par 4s (the 11th and 13th) from the tee. You can certainly find more challenging courses than this in the region, but Campoamor is a great place to sharpen up your game without too many mishaps. The club can be contacted on

Villamartin Golf Course 15 minutes - Par 72, 6347 yards.
Villamartín is the oldest course on the Costa Blanca and is well worth going out of your way for. The layout has personality and has been cleverly adopted to the terrain thanks to Paul Putman's keen imagination. The greens are large and receptive. This is a most versatile and generally well-prepared course, easy to play with the family or with players of all different levels.

Although in our opinion golf at La Manga is expensive, there are three top-quality, 18-hole championship courses which all benefit from uniquely tranquil surroundings and provide many superb views. Whether you are fine-tuning your technique or learning the rudiments of the game, La Manga Club offers a truly diverse and unique golfing holiday experience.
SOUTH COURSE Par 72
Originally designed by Robert D Putman, this classic championship course was remodeled in 1992 by Arnold Palmer who won the La Manga Spanish open in 1975. Located in the centre of the valley, with wide palm-fringed fairways and few hidden dangers, the South, whilst being a top calibre championship course, is enjoyed by golfers of all standards. Many strategically positioned water hazards and bunkers will punish wayward shots. A handicap certificate is required to play on the South Course.
NORTH COURSE Par 71
Recently completely renovated, the North Course is now for many players the golfing highlight at La Manga Club. The North Course is more undulating than the South and offers a different, yet no less challenging round of golf. Relying on precision rather than length, an added challenge is provided by the ‘barrancas’ that snake their way through the course. These natural storm gullies feature on all three golf courses and add an extra dimension to the game. As with the South Course, and particularly on the back nine, water is a prominent feature.
WEST COURSE Par 73
Set amid serene pine woodlands, the West Course has frequent changes in elevation with which to contend. This is a deceiving course that demands the occasional blind shot. A tight front nine contrasts with the more open, but nonetheless challenging back nine. Charming and elusive, those who get the better of the West Course will have played a memorable round.
