Masia Golf offers the perfect golf accomodation for playing the 9 Costa Brava golf courses.

It manages the beautiful countryhouse named “Mas Pau”, located in the heart of these 9 golf courses, that will add an extra dimension to your golfholiday in Spain.

The countryhouse “Mas Pau” is a typical catalan masia. Fully renovated, it provides all possible comfort: swimming pool, traditional barbecue, balcony’s, multiple terraces, surrounding forest, panoramic view, wireless internet and much more…

Masia Golf’s accommodation “Mas Pau” is situated on a quiet hill just outside the lovely village of Regencos, whose location in the heart of the Costa Brava offers you minimum distances to both the “playing fields” and any other leisure activity you might fancy during your golftrip.

The accomodation is available for golfers from 15th September to 15th June. In summertime the villa is rented out for summerholidays with all related comfort but, without the golfservices included.

ACCOMODATION FOR 9-22 PEOPLE

We reckon that most golfgroups will consist of averagely 8 people; “Mas Pau” will take care of these groups. However for larger groups, up to 22 people, we will be able to hire additional accomodation with the same style and level of comfort and service at an adjacent countryhouse. Don’t hesitate to contact us for large group requests.

Mas Pau has a 50 m2 swimming pool which is avaible all year round; however when the nights tend to get colder towards november use of the pool might be restricted to the “diehards”.

FREE WIFI AND COMPUTER

A free internet connection at reasonable speed is available through a wireless router. Moreover there will be a computer at your disposal with internet browser. (don’t forget to bring your webmail data !)

KITCHEN & BBQ POSIBILITIES

For those who prefer homecooking over restaurant meals, the kitchen is at your disposal. Grocery purchase can be catered for on request at a moderate surcharge. The outside kitchen is provided with an argentine barbecue, from where the winner of the day can be served by the appointed “BBQ Master” ! (more often than not, the “rough” diver of the day)

All 9 Costa Brava Golf courses are easily accessible when staying at “Mas Pau”. Driving time varies from 5 to 45 minutes. Staying with Masia Golf will give you attractive discounts on the greenfees at all courses, up to 30%.

Golf Serres de Pals 7 minute drive, 18 hole, Par 72 is located in the Costa Brava’s heart runs among pine woods, olive trees, rice fields and water features. This combination tests the skills of players and at the same time allows all levels to enjoy the game, from beginners to the more experienced.

Emporda Golf, 7 minute drive, the course offers a total of 36 holes devided in two separate 18-hole courses: the ‘Links course’ (PGA’s Pre-Qualifying School – European Tour) and the ‘Forest course ‘designed amongst pine trees and lakes. The natural beauty of the course and its careful design make it one of the most attractive and stimulating in Europe.

Platja de Pals Golf 7 minute drive, is ranked on the Top 100 European course, for those that seek solitude this is the course. Opened in 1966, it is the oldest golf course on the Costa Brava with a British style layout. The course requires great golfing skills as its fairways are ringed by hundres-year-old pine trees. The natural beauty and proximity to the sea inspire all type of players, from the most expert to the experimental.

Club de Golf D’Aro, 10 minute drive, is situated in “Les Gavarres” mountains, at 300m above sea level with spectacular panoramic views of the Costa Brava, Montseny Mountain and the Selva valley. The course is surrounded by pine trees, cork oaks and more then thousand olive trees, with two large artificial lakes, adding yet another great charm to this course.

The Costa Brava Golf Club 20 minute drive, is situated in the heart of the Costa Brava. The 18 holes Golf Course, founded in 1969, was designed by Hamilton Stutt & Co. It combines a very technical first 9 holes, surrounded by pines and oaks, with the long second 9 holes, flat terrain with wide long fairways.

PGA Golf de Catalunya 40 minute drive , was designed by Angel Gallardo and Neil Coles, who put all their knowledge gleaned from more than 25 years on the European Tour into this project. PGA Golf de Catalunya has been ranked in the top 10th list in the European best golf courses by “Golf World”.

Golf Girona, a 45 minute drive, is an 18 holes, Par 72, golf course designed by the prestigious architect F.W.Hawtree. It is watered with regenerated water and its the only one in Spain all seeded with PENNCROSS, the highest quality grass for the practice of golf.

Torremirona Golf, a 45 minute drive, is a varied and complete 18-holes course. The first nine holes are technical, with narrow fairways, vegetation and water (the 5th green is on a island). The second nine more wide and completely flat give more relaxation to the player and let him appreciate the marvelous views over the Empordan landscape, and the Mediterranean.

Club de Golf Peralada, a 45 minute drive, is an ideal course for holding competitions of all levels or simply enjoying a pleasant, relaxing day. It is considered suitable for all players because its design adapts to various levels of play. In fact, it was the first Golf Course in Catalonia to obtain the European Union’s EMAS Certification.
