The property is located in a luxury gated complex with 3 swimming pools, 1 which is heated. The complex has been laid to grass with pathways, trees and flowers.  The property overlooks the heated communal pool and has a sea view.

THE AREA:

Punta Prima Commercial centre approx 5 mins walk with Plus and Eroski supermarkets. Wok Buffet (Chinese) restaurant, Captain's Table restaurant (fish and chips, Sunday roasts and breakfasts), Amigos bar, Chinese restaurant, Greta Garbos restaurant, Subway, English clothes shop, electrical shop, cosmetics shop. Mercadona supermarket is approx 2 mins drive.

Punta Prima beach and Nautilus restaurant approximately 2 mins walk. Larger beach area approx 10 mins walk.   Torrevieja town approx 10 mins drive with shopping complex; Las Habaneras, Waterpark, Pacha nightclub, casino, ten pin bowling, marina, submarine, boat trips. You can walk to Torrevieja, it takes about 30 mins along the coast. There is a bus service with buses going hourly that will take you into Torrevieja.

Murcia airport approx 30 mins drive. Alicante approx 45 mins drive.

Golf:

Golf Villamartin
Villamartin plays over undulating fairways to well protected greens, each hole complimenting the other with the hazards carefully placed. The course is well established at twenty five years. A ravine comes into play on the inward part of the course. The 14th and the 17th holes are both particularly spectacular on a course that is always in excellent condition.

Las Ramblas Golf Course
This course overlooks the mediteranean and is probably the most challenging of the four local courses. This beautiful course was designed by one of Spain 's most famous golf course architects. This course is known as his "Picasso" (par 72). This course is exactly what it's name suggests, a wonderful rambling course through valleys and over rugged terrain with the occasional water hazard, an excellent challenge!

Real Club de Campoamor
The sculptured greens and fairways of Campoamor are reminiscent of Augusta . The course is very green and lush (par 72). The expansive fairways, excellent greens and the lakes deceive the player somewhat, making this is a long and testing course with six "dog legs" to keep you on your toes.

La Finca Golf Course
The course, designed by Jose Gancedo, is 6394m in length, Par 72 and opened in 2001.  La Finca Golf Club is located near the towns of Algorfa and Orihuela. This magnificent golf course is only a short journey to the beaches and to the "sister" golf courses at Villamartin and Las Ramblas.

La Marquesa Golf Course
Located in a flat valley in between the mountains, and sheltered by its own unique microclimate, is the La Marquesa golf & country club.  It has an 18-hole course that is quite comfortable without excess difficulties, with altering long and short holes.
