Vila Maria Villa Rental and accommodation for golf holidays, Algarve, Portugal

Very quiet freestanding private villa with pool, located on a 4.500 sq.meters plot of land with many waving palmtrees. Only a few car-minutes away from the beautiful beaches Praia do Benagil, Praia do Carvalho, Praia do Carvoeiro and Praia da Marinha and close to the cities Lagoa, Carvoeiro and Portimao. Offers ample space to a maximum of 5 persons (minimum age around 8) who will have at their disposal:

· a spacious L-shaped living with satellite t.v., stereo, ceiling ventilator and sliding doors to the terrace
· kitchen with microwave, cooker, coffeemachine, dishwasher etc.
· bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and washstand
· spacious double bedroom with ceiling ventilator and balcony
· single bedroom
· very large double bed-/sittingroom with ceiling ventilator and sliding doors to the garden
· seperate lavatory

Close to the villa is a barn with washing machine, dryer, spin-dryer and freezer. Also the double garage is at your disposal. In the small building against the garage you find the garden chairs, cushions and the small barbecue. Around the villa you can choose between 7 different "snug corners" to enjoy the peace and quiet, the sun or shade, the surroundings or the beautiful view. The many small and often secluded beaches along the rocky coast are certainly worth a visit. While walking along the coast you will be amazed by its beauty. The cities Lagoa, Portimao and Silves, with a middle-aged fortress where you can still experience the true Portuguees character, are within a 20 kilometre radius.

For golfers there is an abundance of choices; between Albufeira and Lagos there are more than 20 different golfcourses with 9 or 18 holes. Amongst others, the children can enjoy themselves in the two waterparks (The Big One and Slide and Splash) or pay a visit to the Zoomarine, an "ocean theme-park". After a day at the beach or after seeing the sites you can prepare the barbecue on the pool terrace or decide to go for a very reasonably priced dinner in one of the many little restaurants in Vila Maria's surroundings.

Rental condition

The villa is available for rent all year through
This includes:

2 x per week cleaning service (Fall/Winter 1 x per week)
1 x per week clean towels (3 p.p.)
1 x per week clean linen
1 x per week (at least) pool maintenance
1 x per week gardener
Gas, Electricity, Water and Firewood

Arrival (as from around 14.00hrs) and departure (latest around 10.00 hrs) only on Fridays or Mondays. The security deposit, to be paid together with the first instalment is Euro 225. When you have decided to enjoy your holidays at Vila Maria, a seperate rental agreement will be drafted. Upon booking, said deposit and 50% of the rent needs to be paid. The remaining part of the rent is due ultimately two months before the start of the rental period.
