CARVOEIRO
A typical Portugese fishermen's village that, in spite of its fast growth as a tourist attraction, has really kept its authentic character. The centre of the town has animation throughout the year and close by you will find lots of beautiful white sandy beaches surrounded by spectacular cliffs, some of the most beautiful golf courses, tennis courts and many other sports facilities.
In the Carvoeiro area there are lots of both typical Portugese and international restaurants and there are also many interesting and historical places to visit within the region.

VILLA BORBOLETA
The villa has a splendid ocean view and is located only a few minutes from the prettiest beaches, town centre, golf courses and tennis centre. Located in residential surroundings, the villa guarantees absolute peace and quiet. Villa Borboleta has large and comfortable rooms with bathroom en-suite, most with balcony, and you will enjoy a superb service. The garden has a beautiful swimming pool and the villa has all the facilities to make your holiday pleasant: a nice bar, a fire place and satellite TV.
To start the day at its best, we serve a varied and comple breakfast every morning.

VILLA RENTING: the villa is designed to make it especially suitable for groups (friends, families, golfers, etc.) travelling together and who like to be exceptionally well looked after by the resident staff. On the other hand the villa can also be used for small company meetings, incentive programmes, product presentations, seminars, etc.

· TARIFS in € / night for maximum 15 persons - DAILY MAIDSERVICE included
· COT and HIGH CHAIR available
· RESERVATIONS accepted for minimum 7 nights
· PETS are not allowed
· RESERVATION will be effective as from the day we receive 50 % down payment
· The SALDO has to be paid 4 weeks before arrival date
· BREAKAGE has to be paid by the hirer
· SECURITY DEPOSIT : minimum 1000 €
· BREAKFAST: optional : 9.5€ per day per Guest. Only possible if served for the whole Group.
· AIRCON: optional : electricity has to be paid cash at the end of the stay or may be deducted from the security deposit
· BAR: optional : consumptions has to be paid cash at the end oàf the stay
· No BANK or CREDIT CARDS
