The Farm is located at the foot of the tower of St. Martino della Battaglia, in a rural area but just 4 kms from Sirmione and 4 kms from Desenzano del Garda.

The nearby tourist resorts offer a range of opportunities: mountain-biking and horseback riding, trips to the morainic hills and at resorts on Lake Garda, where you can enjoy water sports, golf, sailing and canoeing.

Cultural tourism: city of great historic interest, Sirmione (Grotte di Catullo), Gardone Riviera zi (Vittoriale), Mantua (Palazzo Ducale), Verona (Arena and Teatro Romano), Vicenza (Palladio), Padua (Giotto), Venice.

Services

The farm has eight apartments fully furnished. Living room with kitchen, sofa bed (2 places) and a large bedroom with double bed. Each apartment is equipped with television, refrigerator, linen and heating.

Each customer is also issued a special remote control to enter and exit freely from the gate at any time.

Restaurant in Farmhouse: Not the usual restaurant ... not the usual farm ... Every night different dishes but always simple and natural to please every palate.

Experts consider GARDA GOLF one of the best golf courses built over the past 10 years. It stretches over an area of 110 hectares and was designed by British golfing architects. The Garda Golf Country Club is a 27-hole golf course which spreads between the Rocca di Manerba, the Castle of Soiano and the Valtenesi hills, and offers a breathtakingly beautiful panorama

Chervo Golf San Vigilio

Lake Garda, namely the golf course Chervò Golf San Vigilio in Pozzolengo in the province of Brescia. The course is wonderfully embedded between Desenzano and Sirmione and unfolds among the mellow hilly landscape which is considered being unique thanks to its manifold vegetation and its historical background. Golf players can enjoy playing on a 27-hole course as well as on a 9-hole short course

Golf Bogliaco
The Bogliaco Golf Course lies in a picturesque valley 100 metres above Lake Garda, with a beautiful view over the entire lake. The golf course is surrounded by typical mediterranean vegetation, like oleander, laurel, cypresses and olive trees. The manicured fairways are not very long, but have to be played with great precision.

Golf Arzaga
Many golfers appreciate this course and come to the Golf Club Arzaga every year and from everywhere all over the world And for good reason: The Golf Club Arzaga course with its 18 holes was designed by Jack Nicklaus II, while Gary Player designed the 9-holes course.

Golf Club Paradiso
The Golf Club Paradiso del Garda is a course of modern conception designed by Jim Fazio, renowned American architect. It winds along sweet morainic hills of the Lake Garda region, interrupted by striking views of the Monte Baldo and of the blue of the lake.

Golf degli Ulivi
The 18-Holes Champion's Course is surrounded by olive groves and cypresses and offers, from some holes, a stunning view over Lake Garda to the golfer. Eastwards, you see the rolling forelands of Monte Baldo. The course is embedded in beautiful nature and its 600 metres altitude make it most challenging even for experienced golf players.
