The Villa
Ground floor: open plan modern kitchen and dining facilities, a lounge area with sofas and flat screen with Sat TV. A side door leads to a veranda for dining al fresco. A vestibule from the lounge leads to a large bathroom with good access for the less able bodied and double bedroom with a access to the back of the garden. Washing machine in separate a laundry closet.

First floor: Single bedroom with fitted cabinets, full , proper pull out single bed under existing bed. Bathroom with and stylish corner bath and shower attachment. Double bedroom with en suite shower room.

Secondary living area that contains, a double and single, high quality futon style pull down beds. This offers total flexability, for a permanent double bedroom, a triple bedroom or a single bedroom suite with divan. Alternatively if sleeping accomodation is not needed this can be a lovely secondary living quarter to take full advantage of the french window and balcony that overlook the garden and the mountains in the background.
