This wonderful farmhouse is located in a very peaceful area in the hills outside the village of Massarosa, close to the Versilia coast. The house was recently totally restructured to a very high standard, and it is fully air-conditioned.

The interior has been decorated with furniture that the owners collected all over the world during their travels, and the result is an ambience full of character, with a unique ethnic feel.

A particular feature of this property is the opportunity to enjoy outdoor meals on the comfortably furnished verandas.

For clients that enjoy relaxing in the water, this house offers a spectacular swimming pool.

In the basement of the house the owner has installed a steam bath and a Jacuzzi where six people can comfortably bath: the use of both is available for clients at an extra cost.

POMEGRANATE SUITE. A wide and bright double bedroom on the first floor, bathroom with basin and shower.  Television ; dvd and digital cable, bar, air conditioning.

SUNFLOWER ROOM. A double bedroom on the first floor; private bathroom with a large shower for two persons .  Television; dvd and digital cable, bar, air conditioning.

GINGER ROOM. A very bright double room on the ground floor with access to the park through french windows. Bathroom with shower.   Television; dvd and digital cable;

LAVENDER ROOM. A double bedroom with bathroom and views of the swimming pool.  Television; dvd and digital cable, bar, air conditioning.

SAGE ROOM. A room with two single beds on the first floor, bathroom  and view of the swimming pool and the park.  Television; dvd and digital cable, bar, air conditioning.

Booking options:
The whole farmhouse can be rented on a weekly basis. The rooms can also be rented on a daily B&B basis .

The Versilia Golf Club is just 2 kms from the sea, dominated by impressive views of the mountains. Water is a main feature on eleven of the holes whilst the remaining seven are surrounded by thick woods. The greens are well defended and quite fast. Beware particularly on the 16th, a long par 4, where the water surrounding the green makes it one of the most difficult holes!

Tirrenia Golf Club is situated on the Tyrrhenian coast between Pisa and leghorn and was founded in the late 60s.  Set on an extent of 84 hectares the 9 hole course is harmoniously integrated in a pinewood. The typical mediterranean maquis has been retained and this offers one of the most challenging and harmonious courses on international scale. The club is open all the year due to the particularly mild climate.
