Our house is in Susa Valley, in front of the Sacra of S.Michele Abbey.  This monument  is the symbol of Piedmont. The village of Caprie is 30 Km far from Turin. Caprie is situated between medieval city of Avigliana with your lakes and Susa with the traces of the Roman  Empire. Optimal starting-point for cultural and gastronomically excursions in Susa Valley, centre of the Olympic Game 2006.

In Caprie many sports are practicable so: Mountain Bike, climb, free flay, canyoning. We live 40 minutes from Vialattea skiing area. In this territory they are many lifts and 400 Km. of pistes. More important winter resorts are: Sestriere, Cesana, Sansicario, Sauxe d’Oulx, Claviere and  near village of  Montgenèvre. The territory of Bardonecchia offer pistes of Jafferau, Colomion, Les Arnauds and Melezet. Museums to visit: Egyptian museum, National Cinema museum, Car museum, Mountain museum, Sindone museum. Expo in to Lingotto Fiere: Expocasa, Idea sposa, Automotoretrò,  Fiera del libro, Expo Ferroviaria, Torino Comics, Artissima, Manualmente, Euromineralexpo, Salone del Gusto.  

This is the historical center of the old village of Caprie, on the edge of Sessi stream. This part of  Caprie is divided into three "bourg": Villa, Ghet e Truc. B&B L'Antico Borgo is in the "Ghet" bourg.

Carefully lied down on the northen side of the Monte Cuneo, the course enjoys an optimal privileged position due to the general view especially on the tee of hole 2 and 12 from where you can see in the distance the Val di Susa incoming which has, like a background, the top of the Rocciamelone and, lower, the characteristic shape of the Sacra di San Michele.  

The course is relatively short: little less than 6,000 meters with a par  71 which normallydoesn’t present any problem if not there were the snares that nature placed on the ground and skilled exploited by the planners.
