The house is set in impressive grounds that can be lit by night and features swimming pool, aviary, and child's swing, table tennis, darts and croquet can all be played in the grounds.
The location for this Chambres d'Hôtes is 10km from Dax and approximately 20 minutes from the sea.
A visit to Les Sables will enable you to have either a quiet and tranquil break or an active holiday.
Set in the heart of Les Landes, Les Sables is a delightful traditional house comprising of five double bedrooms with full en-suite.

Bedroom descriptions:

Moliets is decorated to reflect the forest location of the property. This room has two 90x190cm beds that can be used as singles or as a double bed. The room over looks the rear garden and pool and benefits from a writing table and seating area. The spacious bathroom has a shower, double washbasin and WC.

Hossegor provides for a mellow spacious retreat that has an electric bed 160x200cm, seating area and writing desk and chair. The room is situated to the front and side of the house giving impressive views of the garden, with full en suite facility.

Vieux Boucau has a distinctive seaside feel to the room décor. This room also has two chairs to relax in and a writing table for those post cards to home, the bed is 140x190cm and the room has an on suite shower room with WC.

Biarritz “Family room”, this part of the house comprises of a lobby entrance. Off of which is a spacious shower room and WC brightly decorated and overlooking the rear garden. To the other side of the lobby is the bedroom. The bedroom has a 140X190cm double bed and a sofa bed that can comfortably sleep two children under 14 year of age. This room overlooks the front garden. Ample hanging and shelf-storage are provided in the built in wardrobe that is found in the lobby area.

Capbreton is located on the ground floor. This family room has a direct access to the front garden. Furnished with a 140x200cm double bed. The room also has a sofa bed, which can comfortably sleep two children under 14 years of age, a writing desk and chair are also provided and a full on suite shower room.
BREAKFAST ROOM/LOUNGE/TV
At the foot of the guest staircase is the breakfast room/lounge, this is a spacious well lit and is tastefully furnished with a long table, which can sit 10/12 people comfortably. The room includes an area for watching television or just relaxing. The breakfast room/lounge leads to the garden where guests can take breakfast on the patio.
There is a comprehensive tourism information display comprising a very wide variety of activities and local interests
GUEST’S KITCHENETTE
Off the breakfast room a kitchenette is available for the guests, equipped with a two ring electric cooker, a fridge, a microwave and all the necessary tools to prepare and serve snacks. This facility is provided for a small daily fee.
SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool is available for afternoon dips and loungers are provided for you to relax in after your swims.

The region of Aquitaine
The coast line of sandy beaches provides for various water sports, very popular with surfers from all over the world and sailors, other sporting pursuits include golf, biking, canoeing, and horse riding.
Spain and the Pyrenees are less then one hour away, which make a day excursion possible.

Costs can fluctuate slightly as green fee across the year have a three tier price structure depending on the season. However we endeavour to put a package together that reflex good value for money without comprising on quality.
A 6 night 5 course package can start from around 600€ per person (two people sharing an en-suite bedroom) based on a party of eight, single room supplement would apply for single occupancy when required. Airport collection of parties can be made from Biarritz and Bordeaux airports.
