Located at the foot of Alpilles, beside a small stream, a superb site in Provence.   240 m² living space with enclosed garden of 3.000 m² ensures you calmness and serenity.   However, the animated and pleasant centre of ST REMY is only 5 minutes away where you can find everything you need.

The villa is reached by a private driveway with gate, intercom and alarm.
 
Interior description :
The house includes 4 rooms alml individually deccorated and furnished :
* the room "Olivades" for 2 with double bed, corner reading, shower, wash-hand basin, WC, terrace;
* the room "Small Prince" for 2 with 2 single beds, its bathroom (bath-tub, shower, wash-hand basin, WC, changing table), terrace;
* the room "Van Gogh" for 4 with double bed and double sofabed, corner reading, (shower, 2 wash-hand basins, WC with shared terrace under treillised vineyard;
* the room "Cigalo" for 2 with double bed, corner reading, its marble bathroom, corner bath, shower, wash-hand basin, WC with shared balcony with loggia.

A fifth WC with marble wash-stand is available for the guests.

The house has 2 kitchens: 1 interior (furnace, microwaves, dishwasher, American refrigerator, hotplates, sink, grill-bread, coffee machine and crockery for 10 people) and 1 covered external kitchen to protect you from the burning sun of the  South (BBQ, grill, furnace with turn-pins, hotplates, sink, refrigerator and crockery for 10 people).
Large dining room and the living room with exposed beams. Open fireplace for winter evenings.

Air-conditioning and heating, cable television in the lounge, DVD player and hifi system, plus free internet connection. Utility room with washing machine, a tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

A terrace of 100 m² with many small corner-terraces with tables and chairs some shaded, HIFI, table for 10, a treillised vineyard to read a good book or quite simply to  relax.

The private heated swimming pool (cleaned automatically) of 50 m² with progressive steps out of concrete and progressive bottom is enclosed for your safety (+alarm). Its pool-house has a solar shower, a WC, and cabin for accessories. In the beautiful garden of 3.000 m²,lit at night, you will find a fountain, a field of sweet smelling Provence lavender and 100 year old olive trees providing shade.
Enclosed private carpark is at your disposal.

Golf Grand Avignon - 20kms:
Beautiful 18 hole course situated in a quiet environment. At first sight it seems relatively easy because the ground is totally flat, nevertheless numerous holes are rather narrow and ask for a good technique and quite a lot of precision. Neither easy, nor difficult either, it is accessible to a big number of players. Besides that it is very well maintained and where it is good to play, with the family or between friends.

Golf Chateaublanc - 20kms :
At Chateaublanc Golf Course, the layout was designed by Gery Watine and Thierry Sprecher. It features some 30 odd bunkers with soft curves, and these are used to protect small greens, some of which are at the 6th, 14th and 15th holes and these are also perched on slopes. There are also ditches, ponds and reservoirs at this golf course.

Golf de Pont-Royal (40kms)
Magnificent 18 hole course designed by Ballesteros. It benefits from an impeccable maintenance. With rather wide bunkers, big trees, different water obstacles and a rather a chaotic relief, the whole under the constant influence of the wind, Royal Bridge asks for strategy and technique. It imposes to know well how to choose its clubs, what will be more difficult for novice players. Certain holes with very irregular drawing have to be negotiate before being approached.
