In a sleepy village amidst Cognac vineyards is found the stunning 17c Manoir Souhait. The floodlit heated pool sauna & Jacuzzi are set in a lovely garden enclosure with covered and open sun terraces.  Games deck with snooker and table tennis. Wine tasting. Prearranged golf. Cognac visits and sampling.

Le Manoir offers 3 guest rooms with a further suite within the wing of Le Manoir Le Studio

Pommereau: a downstairs double room with en-suite shower overlooking gardens at rear of house

Grande Champagne:  Large double room with views across surrounding countryside over pool and garden enclosure.  Private bathroom.  A further twin room allows Grande Champagne to be taken as a family suite.

Petite Champagne:  Double or twin room with countryside, pool and garden views.  Private bathroom.  Can be taken as a family suite of both rooms.

Le Studio Suite  in the wing of Le Manoir.  With exposed stone walls and oak beams this charming suite is split level with en-suite shower and separate toilet.  There is a double bed upstairs and a single bed downstairs - perfect for a couple or couple with child. Coffee/tea making facilities.

Table d'hôte and house bar offered. Enjoy convivial dining by candlelight in beautiful surroundings.

Breakfast is served in the dining room or in finer weather on the garden terrace. Home baked additions to the morning breadbasket compliment our own jams, freshly squeezed orange juice and a platter of prepared seasonal fruits & yoghurts, cold meats and cheeses. If your preference runs to a cooked breakfast we can oblige.

Relax in the comfortable guest salon.  Tea/Coffee with our compliments.

Le Manoir - Accommodating up to 12 in 6 bedrooms offers comfort and quality and is available for rental.

Le Verger - Accommodating up to 5 in 2 bedrooms.  A charming stone cottage providing a delightful holiday home.  Mingle with other guests by the pool or take a quiet moment or two on your private terrace. Rooms in Le Verger are large, light and airy with beamed ceilings and furnished in country style.

House Facilities:
Both houses provide a private garden and terrace area.  Charcoal & Gas BBQ’s.  Log fires. Central heating.  Telephone.  TV/DVD.  Radio alarm clocks, hairdryers and a variety of books, games and puzzles.

A fairly flat course on which all the tees are raised. The greens are well defended by bunkers and ponds and the fairways are fairly narrow makeing it a technically-demanding course.  The first few holes are shared with the horse-racing course.

In the heart of the Forêt de la Coubre, this superb undulating course, slightly inland from the coast, stretches out amongst the pines and natural dunes.
