Les Touches Bed and Breakfast on the Normandy and Brittany Borders in France

John & Sharon welcome you to their bed and breakfast in a 17th century country house situated on the river Lair that borders Brittany and Normandy, 2kms outside the pretty village of St Martin de Landelles.

The tranquil setting over 3 acres allows your stay to be peaceful and relaxing.

Take time for a swim in our 8.5m x 5.5 m pool or maybe after a long journey the children would like to expel some energy on the trampoline!!

Each of the guestrooms are presented to the highest standard of comfort and decoration. All have uninterrupted views across a small valley to the 14th century. chapel of Notre Dame.

Ideally placed to explore not only the beautiful beaches of Normandy and Brittany but to visit the wonderful town of Fougeres with its medieval Chateau and vast array of shops, boutiques and brocantes.
We are a 10 minute drive from St James A84 Auto route which connects Cherbourg,Caen,Rennes and Nantes to the North and Bordeaux to the South.

A great stopover place for families traveling south.

Our Rooms

The Garden Room
The Garden Room has been tastefully decorated and is presented to a high standard throughout. It has 1 double bed and 2 single beds ( if required an additional fold- away bed and cot can be placed in the room) and an en suite shower room. The French windows lead out to a garden terrace with table and chairs.

The Loft
The Loft guest room features a large double bed , oak beams and en-suite. It has french doors leading to it`s own private balcony from where you can sit and enjoy the great views.

The Loft also has the advantage of having another room ideal for extra accommodation.

An additional foldaway bed and cot can be placed in the room if required

Breakfast consists of fresh baguettes, fresh bread, toast, brioche, various jams, cereals, coffee, tea or hot chocolate, orange juice, apple juice and free range eggs when available.

Dinner is a 4 course set menu.

Please let us know in advance if you have any particular dietary requirements.  Evening meals are available with 24 hrs notice as only the freshest local produce are used.

Guests are asked to arrive before 7pm on their day of arrival if they have requested an evening meal. Celebratory meals etc can be catered for on request
