In 1931, wealthy designer and antique collector, Arlette Vogue, from Paris, commissioned architect Louis Lagrange to build a villa named Catira. Lagrange elegantly combined the distinctive regional architectural styles of the Basque Country and Les Landes, with a hint of a Spanish touch. For many years, Catira was home to the most glorious society parties in Hossegor.
In 2010, Sabine, a young lady from Hossegor, bought Catira to bring it back to life and restore its shine and glamour. In only a few months, Sabine has proceeded to a complete refitting of the villa, using the noblest and highest quality materials – as true to the originals as possible- and combining the different stylistic influences from the 30s. Outdoors, you will enjoy a relaxing swim in a warmed pool that has been nested in a tree-filled garden to respect the integrity of the original location.

Once the room of hostess Arlette Vogue, it offers a queen-size bed, a 30s-style desk and a bathtub renovated to the original model. You will enjoy gorgeous sunsets while relaxing on the private balcony

Once the room of Arlette Vogue's partner, it now offers the comfort of an Italian shower, and a private balcony for a relaxing stay

A charming and luminous room, it offers the comfort of a king-size bed that can be split into two single beds, and a bathroom with an Italian shower and private terrace
Room Maurice Martin
Maurice Martin was a famous poet from the 30s who gave the Atlantic Coast its currently popular name of the "Silver Coast".. The room has a king-size bed that can be split into two single beds and a private terrace.
Room Paul Lahary
Paul Lahary was the mayor of Hossegor from 1898 to 1935. This suite is located in a section of the villa that was additionally built in 1970. Originally, there were two independent rooms. Private terrace and bathroom with bathtub.

Hossegor Golf Course created in 1930, this is one of the most beautiful courses in France. Every hole is lined on both sides by a variety of trees. The greens are of the best quality. You will need your handicap card to play here! Par 71, 6004 m.
Golf de Seignosse , rated 15th best in Europe by Golf World magazine, Seignosse is a famous modern masterpiece. It threads its way through pine trees and cork oaks, over steeply undulating terrain and daunting water hazards. Rolling fairways and sand traps and water hazards. Par 72, 6129 m
Golf de Moliets a remarkable course laid in the pine forests of Les Landes and along the beach. Both technical and strategic, proficient golfers will find it a challenge; jagged bunkers are a remarkable form of defence for the greens, and putting surfaces are contoured.
