The interior is airy with tasteful soft furnishings and is completely equipped to provide all you need for a relaxing holiday, while outside the private grounds offer the perfect setting for lazy days around the pool

There are loads of things to do to keep you entertained by day and night, but at the same time the tranquil setting allows perfect relaxation.  For Golf enthusiasts the villa is ideally situated for various courses up and down the Riviera, but in particular the Cannes/ Mougins Golf Club and the Royal Mougins Golf Club

Accommodation Mougins- La Maison d'Eté

Holiday rental accommodation in Mougins-La Maison d'Eté is situated in a secured private garden with a lovely heated pool - with plenty of room for the sunloungers provided- 4 reclining chairs and 4 loungers. A covered terrace offers space for dining - there is a large table and eight chairs. With Mediterranean flowers and plants this is a wonderful place for spending a relaxing day beside the pool with a leisurely al fresco lunch, The swimming pool is the focal point, surrounded by a paved area with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the Mediterranean climate.

Comfortable spacious villa with four bedrooms and four bathrooms-ideal for a family holiday. Entrance hall leads into an airy living/dining room which opens onto a covered terrace for al fresco dining. 

Lounge/dining area. Dining area has dining table and chairs. There is a comfortable sofa and chairs around the fireplace in the sitting area -, a lovely room for relaxing indoors. This room is equipped with CD and radio,TV and video with free to air satellite channels.   A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the terrace with view over the swimming pool.

Staircase leads to a mezzanine sitting area and the master suite with double bedroom and bathroom. Two further double bedrooms and a bedroom with two singles are on the ground floor along with three further bathrooms.

Quality fixtures and fittings throughout, complemented by tasteful soft furnishings. There is also wifi internet access.  Linen and towels including swimming towels are provided and changed weekly. The property is cleaned at the end of your stay and if you are staying longer than a week there is a mid-stay clean at the end of each week.

Although it is not necessary to venture far there is a wealth of culture on the doorstep with plenty of places to visit and things to do. Where else than on the Riviera can you ski in the morning and be on the beach in the afternoon? The provençal light has captured the imagination of artists and writers for generations and the area has been the home to many works of art- hence quaint villages with wonderful exhibitions and galleries. The playground for the rich and famous, the Riviera has a certain charm which has stood the test of time and appeals to young and old alike. From the Grand Prix at Monaco to the Cannes Film Festival- the Nice Carnival to the Orange and Lemon festival at Menton, there are annual events alomg the Riviera which have attracted the stars for several generations.

Golf -There are several golf courses in the area the closest being the 

Cannes Mougins Golf Course which is one of the most prestigious on the Cote D'Azur. Created by Allis and Thomas and modelled on the great English courses, this golf is 6236 metres long par 72 .  Cannes-Mougins is one of the more prestigious names in golf on the French Riviera, and for golfers based around Cannes and Antibes, it is an essential part of any good itinerary, offering a championship layout and beautiful surroundings for a day's golf.

Royal Mougins Golf Club

The golf course is a par 71 with a length of 6,004m. The architect Robert von Hagge guarantees that the golf course will be challenging for all skills and a special enjoyment for the eye. The course uses both the rolling hills and the lower, flatter forest area in the valley in order to create a golf course with many different landscape scenarios. The course comprises 8 lakes linked together by a river system with waterfalls and streams.

Ste Maxime Golf Course
Surrounded by sparkling sea, wild heather and forests of cork-oaks, Sainte Maxime’s 18 holes are generously spread over 150 acres of hilly land, offering superb views of the Côte d’Azur and the hinterland.

Golf Club Cannes Mandelieu

The Grand Old Lady of the Côte d'Azur. Beside the sea amongst the spreading umbrella pines. Boat ride from 2 to 3 and 12 to 13! Best played in the Spring as it tends to suffer over the Summer months at the hands of "irregular" golfers

Opio Valbonne Golf Course
In the grounds of the Château de la Bégude, Opio Valbonne is an approachable course through fairly tight woodland. Not as exacting as some maybe, but with a friendly, laid back, atmosphere and superb lunches you are assured of a very relaxing day.
