GOLF
St Endreol
18 holes: 6219m: par 72.
Set back from the coast in the cool, pink hills. Spectacular holes that rise and fall through the first folds of the distant Alpilles.

St Maxime
18 holes: 6155m: par 71.
A hilly back nine with with unparalleled views over the bay of St. Tropez is the signature of Ste. Maxime. Buggy required for at least the homeward nine.

Roquebrune
Roquebrune golf course is located in the foothills of the Maures Hillls.
Natural obstacles combine with the valleys and ponds to make play extremely subtle.
Unique views onto the Bay of Frejus, the Esterel and the Hinterland.

Taulane
18 holes: 6423m: par 72.
A real "hidden gem" that you will talk about for years. This Gary Player course tucked away on a high plateau way above Grasse. Worth a visit for the drive alone: the setting and layout being further reward for a little effort.

Barbaroux
18 holes: 6124m: par 72.
Amazing course that will give anybody's game the acid test. Well worth the drive to get to these tantalising, tortuous holes. But, if you head for the Back Tees, remember - big golfers don't cry.

Mandelieu
18 + 9 holes: 5676m: par 71.
The Grand Old Lady of the Côte d'Azur. Beside the sea amongst the spreading umbrella pines. Boat ride from 2 to 3 and 12 to 13! Best played in the Spring as it tends to suffer over the Summer months at the hands of "irregular" golfers.

Mougins
18 holes: 6004m: par 71.
Home of the Cannes Open: so a true "Championship" course, seemingly designed with TV cameras in mind. Expensive, but Green-fees do include a buggy and endless range balls!

St Baume

Thoroughly enjoyable golf amidst gently rolling countryside. Hotel in the central Château

Valbonne
18 holes: 5931m: par 72.
In the grounds of the Château de la Bégude, Opio Valbonne is an approachable course through fairly tight woodland. Not as exacting as some maybe, but with a friendly, laid back, atmosphere and superb lunches you are assured of a very relaxing day
